Abstinence Only Sex Education Fails in North Carolina

It was the law for that last ten years. North Carolina teachers were prohibited from teaching anything other than Abstinence Only.

Consequently, the pregnancy rate is up 12% and STD rates are "skyrocketing."

One might infer that marriage automatically protects you from STD's.
